Theatre on the Lake Presents “Fiddler on the Roof”
June 30, July 1-3, July 6-9, 7:30 p.m.
Rich in historical and ethnic detail, "Fiddler on the Roof" has touched audiences around the world with its humor, warmth and honesty. It's universal theme of tradition cuts across barriers of race, class, nationality and religion, leaving audiences crying tears of laughter, joy and sadness.
Theatre on the Lake Presents “The Crucible”
July 20-23, 7:30 p.m.
The story focuses upon a young farmer, his wife, and a young servant-girl who maliciously causes the wife's arrest for witchcraft. The farmer brings the girl to court to admit the lie—and it is here that the monstrous course of bigotry and deceit is terrifyingly depicted. The farmer, instead of saving his wife, finds himself also accused of witchcraft and ultimately condemned with a host of others.
Artist Studio Tour

Tour studios throughout Garrett County. Watch the artisans at work. Demonstrations and one of a kind items for sale. Artists, Evelyn Silkey, Judy McCaughey and Mary Kammauf will set up their studios in the Preview Center.
Theatre on the Lake Presents ”Mabel’s Story”
August 2-6, 7:30 p.m.
A new work by Theatre on the Lake Company's own mother/daughter team, Lynn and Leah Broderick comes an inspirational musical based on the true life events about the journey of a high school student, Mabel, who is diagnosed and treated for a rare form of breast cancer. Mabel's Story is a story of family, inspiration, and finding strength in the face of adversity.
