The Cumberland Times-News reported that Rt. 219, Garrett Highway, will be resurfaced starting at the intersection of Rt. 42 and continue southbound to the intersection of Mosser Road in McHenry. Motorists should expect delays between 6:30am and 5:00pm. The article does not state when work will begin.
